(RN) ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a nursing job in Marietta,

per week - Shift: 12 hours, days, nights - Employment Type: Staff
Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Intensive
Care Unit (ICU) RN to provide exceptional, life?saving care to
critically ill or injured patients. As a highly skilled critical
care nurse, you will care for patients experiencing severe medical
conditions such as strokes, heart attacks, respiratory failure,
sepsis, or those recovering from major or invasive surgeries. In
this role, you will use advanced clinical judgment, strong
assessment skills, and rapid decision?making to support patients
and their families during complex and high?acuity situations. Our
ideal candidate is analytical, calm under pressure, and an
excellent communicator. Key Responsibilities: - Minimum 2 years of
recent, hands?on RN experience in a relevant clinical setting
required - Active RN License (compact or single?state) required -
BLS - Provide continuous, high?quality care to critically ill
patients in the ICU - Perform and interpret diagnostic tests -
Monitor patient progress and recovery - Respond quickly and
appropriately to medical emergencies - Collaborate with physicians
and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized
care plans - Conduct follow?up assessments and ensure seamless
continuity of care - Communicate clearly and compassionately with
