Opportunity – Cardiovascular Operating Room RN – Georgia Start
Date: March 2, 2026 Location: Atlanta, Georgia Compensation:
Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Rotating
weekends; call typically one weekday per week and one weekend every
5-6 weeks; float within facility/scope of practice as needed
Highlights: Cardiovascular OR specialty with diverse case mix
including CABG, TAVR, valve replacements, VATS, vascular
procedures, and thoracic surgeries 1:1 patient ratio for focused,
quality care Epic charting system experience required 13-week
assignment with rotating call and weekend coverage Unit accepts
first-time travelers with minimum 2 years of experience Maximum 7
days approved time off during contract period Requirements: Georgia
or Compact RN license required at time of application Minimum 2
years of recent CVOR experience Current ACLS and BLS certifications
Proficiency in scrubbing cardiovascular, thoracic, and vascular
surgeries Experience with IABP, LVAD/RVAD, MAZE procedures, and
aneurysm repairs Two supervisory references from Manager level or
above Trauma Level I or II and community hospital experience
preferred Full compliance documentation required prior to start
