Contract Shift Type: Rotating shifts (varied day and night
start/end times, including weekends); schedule assigned by unit, no
block schedules Hours per Week: 36 Candidate Pay Rate: $47 per hour

Provide expert high-acuity nursing care for trauma, spinal, neuro
and surgical patients Respond quickly and calmly to emergencies,
stabilizing patients and coordinating care Collaborate with
surgeons, physicians, therapists and the multidisciplinary team to
create and execute care plans Document patient status and
interventions accurately and timely in EPIC Perform neuro and
trauma assessments and manage complex lines, drains and wound care
Educate patients and families with compassion about care plans,
recovery and follow-up Maintain required certifications and
participate in unit quality and safety initiatives Support
transitions of care, handoffs, and discharge planning to ensure
continuity Qualifications Current RN license (eligible to practice
in Georgia) with Nursys license verification required Minimum 2
years of experience in specialty (trauma, surgical, neuro/spinal or
other high-acuity care) BLS required ACLS preferred EPIC experience
required — please note in your profile Complete candidate profile

checklist, certification card, references, and badge-appropriate
photo Knowledge & Skills Strong trauma and surgical nursing skills
with neuro/spinal patient experience Comfort managing high-acuity
patients including spinal cord injuries, gunshot wounds, quads and
paraplegics Proficiency with EPIC documentation and electronic
charting workflows Solid assessment skills for neuro, respiratory
and hemodynamic status Ability to prioritize in fast-paced,
high-stress situations and work well with a multidisciplinary team
Familiarity with critical care equipment, drains, lines and complex
