Surg for a travel nursing job in Roswell, Georgia. Job Description
& Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date:
ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours,
nights - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - Acute Care
Inpatient Job Details: • Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to
7:30 AM • 6-week assignment duration • Must be available to work
various days of the week • Minimum every other weekend required •
On-call duties per unit needs • Holiday coverage required: minimum
2 major and 2 minor holidays • Associate's degree in nursing or
graduate of accredited/approved school of nursing required •
Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred • Valid RN license (Single
State or Multi-state Compact) required • BLS certification required
upon hire • Less than 1 year experience accepted with completion of
accredited nursing school • Direct patient care experience
preferred • Ability to read, write, and speak English required •
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills needed • Must
function effectively in fast-paced environment and respond to
emergencies • Excellent time management and critical thinking
skills required • Basic computer skills needed to optimize
technology use • Perform nursing process including assessment,
diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation • Provide
relationship-based patient centered care • Coordinate delivery and
documentation of safe quality patient care • Participate in
performance improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice •
