The position offers a flexible schedule with no night shifts, on-call duties, or weekend obligations. Additionally, it includes paid training and a fellowship in wound care. Physicians are expected to work at least three weekdays each week, documenting their care in real-time through a specialized EMR system, with a competitive salary and benefits provided under W2 employment. We offer comprehensive wound management training and a fellowship to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary for clinical excellence. Full-time physicians under W2 employment typically earn an average of $300,000 annually, along with benefits. Experience the freedom and flexibility of our work schedules, generally comprising a 45-hour work week for full-time roles. Paid training is included. Qualifications: Possession of an active, unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state where you intend to practice. A minimum commitment of three weekdays per week is required. Practice Details: Full-time hours are Monday to Friday (7 AM - 4 PM), with part-time options available. No on-call or weekend clinical responsibilities. Physicians provide contemporary wound management at the bedside in post-acute care settings, including Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals. Weekly wound rounds are conducted at each facility. The part-time role requires a minimum of three days per week, while full-time roles typically involve four to five days per week. This is a mobile practice, with physicians visiting facilities within a 40-60 mile radius of their practice location. Physicians typically visit 2-3 facilities daily, treating around 20-30 patients each day. Clinical documentation is performed in real-time during rounds using our proprietary wound-specific EMR. Paid training is provided during onboarding, along with a six-month wound care fellowship.
