Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: Rotating - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/26/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with TechLink Systems, Inc. to find a qualified NICU RN in Marietta, Georgia, 30060! Job Title: RN-Neonatal ICU Location (Onsite, Remote, or Hybrid?): Marietta, GA (ONSITE) Contract Duration: 13 weeks Working Hours: Night shift: 6:45p-7:15a Total Weekly Hours: 36 hrs Description The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team of licensed and unlicensed care givers who ensure that patients, families and significant others receive individualized high quality, safe patient care. They practice in a clinical environment that is administered by Nurse Managers and other leaders and is supported through the Wellstar Shared Governance Model. The framework for practice is steered by the Wellstar Professional Practice Model and evidence-based practice and research. RN competencies are derived from these models and supported by the Wellstar Values. It is expected that all RN Clinical Nurses are licensed, knowledgeable and uphold the practice of nursing as outlined by the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and implements the Scope of Practice and Code of Ethics Standards put forth by the American Nurses Association. As a member of the patient services team, it is expected that the individual upholds the voice of the patient, system policies and procedures while supporting service excellence goals. Requirements Night shift: 6:45p-7:15a RN - Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS - Amer Red Cross Basic Life Support or BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Program or ARC-NALS - Amer Red Cross Neonatal Advanced Life Support or NRP-P - NRP-Provisional (180 Days) within 180 Days or NRP-I - NRP - Instructor 1 year experience 5 Benefits of Travel Nursing Advocating for patients becomes more nuanced when dealing with diverse populations.
