This position is ideal for a licensed physical therapist with leadership experience who is passionate about driving clinical excellence, mentoring a dynamic team, and delivering outstanding patient care. As a Clinic Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, support business growth, and serve as a key leader within our organization. Key Responsibilities: - Provide clinical leadership and operational oversight for a multi-provider outpatient clinic - Mentor and develop staff clinicians, new graduates, and support staff - Monitor clinic performance and implement strategies to improve patient access, clinical outcomes, and financial success - Collaborate with regional leadership on strategic initiatives and expansion efforts - Ensure regulatory compliance, clinical quality standards, and company policies are met - Participate in community outreach and referral development - Maintain a partial clinical caseload (approximately 60–70%) while managing administrative duties /n/nQualifications & Pay Range:/n Qualifications - Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program - Current state licensure (or eligible) - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association - Ability to manage a caseload of 10-12 patients per day - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Team oriented with a collaborative mindset ???? Clinic Hours: Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM ???? Base Salary: $95,000 – $115,000/year monthly incentive bonuses starting at treating 9 patients/day ???? Now offering sign-on bonuses up to $30,000! (Pay range accounts for experience, credentials, and geographic market with room for growth.)
