community. Our full-time Certified Medication Aide (CMA) Care
Partner position is for the 11pm-7am shift and does require every
other weekend (Saturday and Sunday). $4,000 Sign-on bonus for

Partner qualifications include: - Current Georgia CMA Certification
- 1 year experience in LTC/skilled nursing community - Experience
working in an Eden Alternative community preferred - Current
CPR/BLS First Aid Certification - Genuine passion for working with
elders - Excellent customer service and communication skills -
Ability to lead and foster teamwork with fellow LPN, CMA and CNA
care partners - Good documentation skills (electronic charting
experience with PointClickCare preferred) - Strong organization and
time management skills Compensation details: 17.5-21 Hourly Wage
