Description: Seeking a Registered Nurse for a Med Surg unit. The unit features 12 beds with patient ratios of 5-6:1. There is one Patient Care Technician available for support. The type of equipment used is general Med Surg. Documentation is done through an electronic system. Staff must be flexible with floating to other units as needed. Patient Experience is a priority, with a requirement of 75% satisfaction. Navy scrubs are the required uniform for all staff. New equipment and technology are available in this brand-new unit.
