Job Description:
This full-time RN position at Giles Community Hospital in
Pearisburg, VA involves working 7am-3pm with on-call until 7pm.
Responsibilities include delivering compassionate, patient-centered
care across all ages, completing assessments, developing and
updating individualized care plans, and collaborating with the
healthcare team and families. Duties also encompass accurately
administering treatments and medications, documenting care via
electronic medical records (EPIC), and ensuring optimal patient
outcomes. Requirements include graduation from an accredited
nursing program, Virginia RN licensure or eligibility, CPR
(additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, NRP as needed), and
