Job Description:
A company is looking for a Wisconsin Licensed Telehealth
Physical Therapist.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with a mixed caseload of K-12th grade students with mild to
medium severity
Split time between 3 school districts
Participate in IEP meetings and provide therapy as needed
Qualifications:
Must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy
Minimum of 2 years of school-based experience
Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in Wisconsin
Must have passed VocoVision Tech Screening
