Responsibilities

Responsible for the coordination of specialty pharmacy services in assigned area. These areas can include, but are not limited to, the Pharmacy IV Room, OR Pharmacy, Outpatient Infusion Pharmacy. Provides consultative/clinical services including antibiotic dosing of vancomycin and aminoglycosides, initial Coumadin dosing, renal dosing and IV to PO conversions. Responsible for providing distributive services. Responsible for adhering to and practicing within the guidelines of Georgia State Pharmacy Law.
