Responsibilities
WellStar Medical Group is seeking Board Certified Physician Assistant or Acute Care NP for busy cardiology practice. This position will be for inpatient critical care cardiology at Wellstar Kennestone Regional Medical Center, located approximately 25 miles northwest of downtown Atlanta, GA. This is a full-time position.

Previous APP critical care cardiology experience is preferrred.

Primary Responsibilities Include: Perform H&P, actively participate in rounding on hospitalized patients, accept and respond to questions and telephone calls directed by the hospital staff, become thoroughly competent in all aspects of stress testing, and other duties as assigned.
The Wellstar Center for Cardiovascular Care is the largest and most comprehensive provider of cardiovascular services in northwest Georgia. The Center includes 11 hospitals and 13 office locations throughout metro Atlanta. Our 90+ physicians and 65+ APPs provide care for the entire spectrum of cardiac patients (surgery, structural heart, advanced heart failure, EP, advanced imaging, complex intervention, ECMO, and research).

Qualifications
Board Certified Physician Assistant or Acute Care NP. Prevous APP critical care cardiology experience preferred.
