Services are provided on-site and through telehealth.Competitive salary and benefits package include a full suite of available types of insurance coverage (medical, dental, vision, disability, accident, life) up to $950 allotted for benefit elections & expenses, employer contribution for 401K retirement program, paid time off, 11 recognized holidays, 1 health wellness day per quarter and bus line accessibility and free parking. *Proof of Covid-19 vaccination is required* RequirementsPIHC needs an experienced Medical Receptionist who can take over the administrative duties involving serving patients by greeting and assisting them; scheduling appointments; maintaining records and accounts; and keeping work areas clean and organized, as well as ensure our office provides a welcoming environment for our patients. Answers multiple phone lines in a professional and courteous manner. Screens each call by obtaining the callers' name and nature of the call, then routes the call appropriately.Check in patients and complete patient registration.Manage patient flow by providing timely check-in procedures upon arrivalInstruct new patients in completion of medical information forms.
