We currently have a Full-Time Day shift position available with limited on call requirements. -Apply to this position to be considered for Full-Time Float Team opportunities throughout Wellstar! We have 11 Hospitals, 5 Health Parks and our Float Team is required to float to any of these facilities. -Our -Wellstar Enterprise Support Team (W.E.S.T.) is our internal Float Team of professionals, which support various hospitals within the organization. We are seeking experienced, high-performance, professional Certified Surgical Techs to join our team. CSTs are supported by an engaged and caring leadership team.   • Personalized Concierge Services -QualificationsRequired Minimum Education: High school diploma/ GED required. Graduate of an accredited (for example: CAAHEP and ABHES) program in surgical technology or a licensed practical nurse.Required Minimum Experience: 2 years' experience required.Required Minimum Certification:
    • National certification, CST or TS-C (NCCT), in surgical technology required.
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) card from the American Heart Association (AHA) is required.Required Minimum Skills: Ability to read, write and speak the English language; Strong customer service and interpersonal skills; Ability to collaborate with other health care providers in the provision of patient care; Ability to delegate to other team members as required; Ability to multi-task essential; Ability to function in stressful and emergency situations essential; Strong detail orientation required; Knowledge of surgical procedures required; Basic computer skills are required. Skill and ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in-writing. Skill and ability to handle multiple priorities, self-direct, and apply independent judgment.
