Company Description Job Description Applicants must be currently
authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. No
sponsorship is available for this position. Ramboll is accepting
applications for the Summer 2024 internship program assigned to our
office located in Atlanta, GA and engaged on nearby construction
projects. Each participant will be assigned a mentor who will guide
them through project assignments. The program will provide
internship participants with the opportunity to gain experience
working in one or more practice areas. Our goal is to afford our
interns experience with a variety of projects during the summer
program to broaden their understanding an experience within their
field of interest. Joining Ramboll As an intern in a construction
manager role, you will be part of a highly motivated project team
focusing on delivering high risk & high-quality Design-Build
industrial & commercial projects to our clients. Our project teams
consist of multiple members depending on the size, specific project
requirements and complexity of the project. - Your key tasks and
responsibilities will be to work closely with other construction
managers and field personnel in a hands-on role, assisting them to
ensure we meet our clients' expectations on time and within budget.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Document Control including managing receipts and transmission
of project documents, checking documents for compliance with
standard procedures, processing request for information (RFI's),
and processing/tracking drawing submittals
- Attend project meetings for documentation of action items and
developing minutes
- Project control assistance including purchase orders, contract
and subcontract change orders, and Field work directives
- Coordinate/Track shipping of materials and equipment to
site
- Assist in the development of spreadsheets and PowerPoint
presentations for project meetings
- Set-up and coordinate project meetings Your starting point for

- Candidates should be working toward a B.S or M.S degree in
civil engineering or construction management with an interest in
pursuing a career in construction management
- Candidates with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above are strongly
preferred. Candidates with the completion of 4 college semesters
(rising Junior status) are strongly preferred.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Good communication skills
