Job Description:
JDP is seeking a degreed Quality Assurance Manager for a food
manufacturer in Atlanta, GA area!Responsibilities:Manage all
quality systems and food safety programs at the plant levelManage
all QA/QC employees including the day to day activitiesEnsure
quality standards and food safety controls are maintained at all
levelsOversee the compliant labeling and nutritional data
programMaintain and utilize data, identifying and reporting
trendsCommunicate with members of management across different
divisionsEnsure all regulations are met across the plantLead and
participate in all BRC safety initiativesEnforce all food safety
controlsRequirements:Must have a Bachelor's degree5-7 years
experience in Quality AssuranceKnowledge of USDA/FSIS regulations,
HACCP, SSOP and GMP requirementsExcellent communication,
presentation, and interpersonal skillsExperience with BRC Global
Food Safety and Quality programs
