Coding Production Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Manager of Coding Production.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement enhanced coding strategies to improve production output
Provide coaching and mentorship to the coding team
Collaborate with leaders to present monthly business reviews to executive leadership

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of experience in HCC coding production and capacity planning
Medicare Risk Adjustment (HCC) Auditor experience is required
Production forecasting creation and capacity planning experience
Expert knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS
