Director of Events and MarketingYeomans Consulting Group is a multi-generational Wealth Management firm in Marietta, Georgia. Randy Yeomans, founder and CEO, got his start in 1983. Wed love to find someone like-minded.This is a salaried position with bonusesJOB REQUIREMENTS:Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and Document weekly Marketing Meetings with one of the firms Partners
  • Work in partnership with firms PR firm, preparing firms Partners
  • Assist with building content library for strategic use
  • Prepare, Maintain, and Publish Marketing Calendar
  • Plan, Organize, and Prepare for Classes, Group Meetings and Small and Large Events (40-to nearly 300 people)
  • Manage, Coordinate and Update the firms team on Event Schedules
  • Send out regular Client and Prospective Client Communications
  • Host/Attend Classes, Group Meetings and Events (Day and Evening)
  • Follow Up with and schedule consultations with prospective clients from Classes, Group Meetings and Events
  • Assist with the Development & Implementation of Community Outreach partnerships & opportunities
  • Manage and Post to all social media platforms
  • Manage and maintain website presence
  • Manage marketing material in line with our brand using required Compliance rules
  • Keep up with Client Communication pieces produced by 3rd partys for our use
  • Abide by all Advertisement-Compliance standards and rules
  • Plan and Implement Client Appreciation EventsEducation: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or a related field.Experience: 3 or more years of experience in providing demonstrated success in marketing and event planning to organizations.Knowledge: G-Suite, Microsoft Office Suite-especially Excel & CRM knowledge.Other:

    • Ability to strategize and build marketing and event campaigns
    • Ability to maintain good working relationships with community partners
    • Strong attention to detail, thorough follow-through, organized, able to set priorities

    • Results driven, with the ability to take initiative
    • Basic knowledge of the Financial Services industry and/or Financial Planning a Plus!Compensation and Benefits:
      • Competitive total compensation range of $42,500 to $50,000 based on experience and prior demonstrated results.
