Job Title: Production Managerfor live event production company
(live event experience required)Status:Full TimeWorking Days:Sunday
thru Saturday, driven by events schedule. Days worked is tracked
per quarter based on a 5 day work week (system to make sure days
off are accounted for)Travel Required: Yes (approx. 85%)Hours Per
Day:Approx. 7-10JOB PURPOSE: Production manager role is designed as
a director level position. You will lead the production team (one
of 3 departments at TE) of onsite engineers and contractors to
execute the design set forth by the account managers. In the
process of managing the team, you will be able to build, protect
and ensure that the TE standard is met or exceeded. The Production
manager meets with other departments to ensure that the site team
has everything they need for success (details, gear and team).
Production manager reports to top level management.TOP THREE
ROLES:1.Manage onsite standard and experience2.Develop on site team
(lead staff production team and contractors)3.Travel to job sites
and fill the role of project manager for preferred customersJOB
DUTIES:Communicate with clients, staff, contractors and (T.E.)
creative team about production needsProduction advance (T.E.)
events as needed including and not limited to local laborManage a
team of staff and contractor based project managersOn site
coordinator for certain (T.E.) eventsCoordinate with (T.E.)
creative team on practicalities of executionThe driving force to
oversee the onsite experience and uphold the TE standardFlexibility
to travel both locally and nationallyMaintains professional and
technical knowledge by attending education
workshops/podcast/trainingAnticipate critical needs of the team,
and be proactive;Assist (T.E.) creative team in editing Vectorworks
drawingsSKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:Global understanding of details
within every aspect of Audio, Video, Lighting, LED, and Scenic
within the live event production environment.EXPERIENCE:Must have a
minimum of 4 years of onsite experience.COMPUTER SKILLS: To perform
this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of
Internet software; Email; PC and Apple Operating Systems;
Vectorworks (not required, but added value), Spreadsheet software
and Word Processing software.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:The physical demands

Experience401K 4% match (starting 1st quarter after 90 day
period)$350 Stipend for the employee for health insurancevacation
and sick timeADDITIONAL INFORMATIONPersonal time off
(Vacation):Vacation/PTO will be accrued monthlyYear 1- 6 days of
vacationYear 2- 12 days of vacationYear 3- 12 days of vacationYear
4+ - 12 days of vacation plus the week between Christmas and New
years is considered time off.Half Days Off (4hrs) will be Good
Friday, Christmas Eve, and New Years Eve.Full Days Off (8hrs) will
be Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day,
Christmas, and New Years.90-Day Trial Period:A 90-day evaluation
period will be in effect from the date of hire for both company and
employee evaluation.During this time, the company will provide all
necessary support and training to help the employee reach mutually
agreed upon performance metrics.Continuation of employment may or
may not be determined based on achieved metrics. This will also
serve as the waiting period for health insurance
benefits.Performance Metrics:Monthly, quarterly, and annual
reporting.
