As Director of Marketing, you will direct and lead the marketing team to achieve targets of revenue.

Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities:
--- Plan and direct the daily activities of marketing team to obtain maximum leads
--- Direct marketing team providing motivation, guidance, and leadership to employees to ensure objectives are met
--- Create and implement marketing metrics
--- Manage/develop marketing programs, paint, website, funnel campaigns, social media platforms, text, chat, web forms, Google Ads, Google My Business
--- Manage vendors to meet or exceed service level objectives
--- Work closely with People and Culture Team to ensure staffing, onboarding and training needs are met to achieve goals
--- Ensure team understands and communicates the value proposition to clients.
--- Build initiatives establishing firm identity
--- Create and maintain marketing budgets
--- Prepare accurate and complete reporting documenting marketing goals to share with leadership team.
--- Performance Management with marketing team (1-2-1 meetings, quarterly, and annual reviews).
--- Consistent model of the firm's core values, continually aligning and enhancing the culture to ensure a great place to work.

Education and Experience:
--- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (MBA or other advanced degree is not required but is considered a plus)
--- 7+ years of senior leadership experience
--- Senior leadership experience in a growing organization is a must
--- Experience monitoring, tracking, reporting, and coaching employee metrics and performance
--- Proficient with CRM database, Microsoft Office, and Mac OS required
