Plan, organize, direct, and control all facets of parking operations while fostering an environment of safety, teamwork, integrity, passion, and excellence. Responsibilities Team Orientation, Leadership & Excellence: Promote a team environment that delivers quality service to all internal & external customers in a manner that represents Cornerstone professionally.
Intentionally develop a leadership team that serves our clients and ensuring the delivery of service excellence to all customers.
Create, communicate, and reinforce staff expectations for Cornerstone leadership in collaboration with the Director of Operations and HR.
Practice and promote "hands-on" leadership, coaching through MBWA (Management By Walking Around), leading by example, and "Servant Leadership".
Hold weekly/bi-weekly meeting with leadership teams providing a forum for two-way communication and teambuilding. Recruiting, Staffing & Training: Assist HR with developing a recruiting plan that fulfills all staffing needs.
Develop a team of part-time team members to augment staffing needs for special events, VIP events, or peak operational staffing requirements.
Design, deliver, document, and maintain an appropriate training platform for all on-site Cornerstone team personnel.
Work with HR to ensure compliance and consistent hiring and on-boarding practices. Operations & Integrity: Consult with CPG leadership (and others) to design operating plans for each operation that utilize best practices to deliver a safe and efficient platform for all stakeholders.
Create parking operations manuals for each point of service/sale to be communicated to all Cornerstone on-site leadership and team personnel.
Ensure all parking operations deliver a professional image and service to all customers. Client Relations & Development: Develop strong professional and working relationships with all clients that results in operational effectiveness and new business opportunities.
Create quarterly operational reviews for client to create a forum for communication and relationship building.
Notify business development division of any scope increase opportunities at any existing locations. Financial & Other: Create annual labor and expense budgets in collaboration with the Director of Operations for each operating location.
Analyze monthly financial performance creating variance reports for any major discrepancies.
Manage all budgets within guidelines.
Ensure accurate documentation and banking of all revenue and income ensuring integrity.
Create accurate and documentable invoices for all special event, VIP event or other staffing
anomalies outside the scope of services. Present to client in a timely manner for prompt
payment.
Maximize profitability, streamline the operating platform and recommend strategies to improve all operations through the production of periodic operational reviews.
All other duties and/or tasks as assigned. Benefits Salary: $50,000
PTO: 128 hours per year; plus, additional 6 automatically paid holidays

Requirements:
Able to promote and instill enthusiasm, passion, teamwork & leadership in all operating platforms
Leads by example; demonstrates servant leadership
An entrepreneurial spirit and business sense
Proven history of project management ability
Ability to travel (10%)
Previous customer service/client relationship experience required
Minimum 3-5 years management experience providing leadership in a team environment
Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, interpersonal and communication skills (written & oral)
Is dependable and can adapt to a changing environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Familiar with internet and social media platforms
Able to sit for extended periods of time (approximately 50% of the workday at times)
Work on computer & keyboard for extended periods of time (approximately 50% of workday at times)
Physical ability to walk the location (approximately 50% of the time)
Ability to work outside in diverse weather conditions as needed
