Job Description:
GigaMonster is one of the nation's fastest growing multifamily
Gigabit Internet providers. We are headquartered in Marietta, GA
and have experienced rapid growth and we now services residential
and commercial properties in nearly 50 markets throughout the U.S.
Within our organization the Product Manager is responsible for
product planning, strategy, and execution throughout the product
lifecycle. This role is responsible managing the product strategy
for both product planning and product marketing. This includes
managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering
and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the
product vision, and working closely with engineering, to deliver
successful products. The overarching goal of this position is to
increase revenue, extend customer lifespan, reduce unwanted churn,
and build a cohesive experience. In this role you will: Understand
all company products. Gather and prioritize product and customer
requirements. Define the product vision. Working closely with
engineering, finance, operations and sales and marketing to ensure
revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. Create realistic
timelines for new product roadmaps and adhere to them. Define the
product strategy and roadmap. Deliver Marketing Requirement
Documents (MRD) and Product Requirement Documents (PRD) that
include prioritized feature sets and the justification behind them.
Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and
licensing opportunities Be an expert with respect to the
competition; Develop capability analyses monthly. Develop the core
positioning and messaging for the product Set pricing to meet
revenue and profitability goals Deliver a monthly revenue forecast
Provide information to the communications department for press and
web releases. Translate technical details into benefits and
business cases for the customer. Develop and implement product
marketing strategies (pricing, product positioning, product
training materials) that are consistent with our company vision.
Guiding departments to ensure a customer-centric attitude while
acquiring new customers or dealing with existing customers,
especially guiding the marketing, branding and sales teams to align
with the larger customer strategy. Measure and track delivery ROI
on identified transformation revenue opportunities for customer
experience along with driving a continuous process improvement
culture across the company. Create and implement an analytics
strategy for best-in-class service delivery. Ensure the product
dispositions releases are launched correctly and on schedule. The
Ideal Candidate will have: 4-year BS/BA At least 2-3 years of
product management experience Ability to work well with internal
teams, including developers, engineers, architects, quality
assurance and operations. Experience in product life cycle
management. Experience in market analysis An analytical mind and
strong quantitative skills. Strong customer centric values with a
patient, upbeat and positive attitude are a must. Ability to build
and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional
teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Outlook,
Word, Excel, etc. Experience in the cable or telecommunications
industry preferred but not required. Benefits offered include

salary based on experience
