Since 2001, Parc at Piedmont has established itself as the premier

seeking an experienced, dynamic and compassionate Executive
Director to oversee community operations and ensure the highest
level of care and support is given to every resident and actively
promotes company vision, mission, philosophies, and values in all
daily interactions.
The General Manager is responsible for the overall management,
leadership, growth, and profitability of the community in
accordance with current federal, state, and local standards
governing long-term care facilities. The General Manager maintains
a high level of customer satisfaction, successful census and
financial results. The General Manager plans, implements, and
directs all aspects of community operations and fiscal activities
in accordance with Parc Communities' policies and procedures and in
compliance with state department of health regulations for the
care, and well-being of all residents. The General Manager leads
and motivates associates to provide quality care and services to
residents while maintaining a high level of employee
satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor's degree and minimum 5
years management experience in hospitality or long-term care
preferred - Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent
customer service and hospitality skills - Proven business acumen -
Maintain knowledge of federal and state laws pertaining to assisted
living - Valid Georgia Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Exceptional ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task in an
extremely dynamic environment - Ability to interact and build
relationships with older adults - Ability to convey a positive and
professional image to residents, family members, visitors, and
associates - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong
revenue growth experience - Strong understanding of cost-benefit
operational decision making - Ability to create, read and decipher
financial reports - Strong computer skills - Experience leading
multi-departmental teams in a hospitality/service industry - Strong
culture building experience with a team - Energy and enthusiasm
expressed and demonstrated on a daily basis - Desire to contribute

Hospitality-Driven Service and Care
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:--- - Build a solid team through effective
recruiting, on-boarding, and retention of Associates - Implement
effective training and development programs at Department Head and
Associate levels - Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth and
personal interest, ensuring a positive and engaged environment
throughout the community. - Plan, develop, organize, implement,
evaluate, maintain, monitor, supervise and direct all community
departments and overall operations, including programs, activities,
policies, and procedures and facilitate change as necessary. -
Oversee Personal Care management and service levels - Create an
environment for pride and quality among all Associates, encouraging
them to their highest potential - Conduct performance appraisals
with Associates - Carry out performance coaching, disciplinary
actions and dismissal of Associates when needed - Participate in
sales and marketing activities - Conduct lease signing with new
residents prior to move-in - Greet visitors/residents in a warm,
friendly, courteous, and professional manner - Implement approaches
and services to maintain or enhance resident independence - Serve
as ex-officio member of the Resident Association - Ensure new
resident acclimation into the community utilizing the new resident
on-boarding program - Process lease renewal letters no later than
six weeks prior to the expiration of their lease agreement. Use
guidelines for increase policies in place at the time of renewal -
Conduct weekly and bi-weekly department head group and one-on-one
meetings - Accurately enter and update information in the community
software program - Develop and maintain documentation in resident
files, and employee files, according to Parc Community standards -
Initiate meetings with those residents/families that require
consultation and/or intervention with regard to their residency at
a Parc community - Assist in preparation of the financial and
occupancy budgets - Complete monthly variance reporting and
improvement plans to achieve revenue and net income budgets -
Aggressively overcome negative variances in expenses - Conduct
monthly building inspections with Maintenance Director and/or Vice
President of Operations to ensure that buildings, grounds, and
property are maintained at the highest standard of excellence
through preventative maintenance systems and programs - Work in any
department if the need arises - Assume on-call responsibilities on
a rotational basis, and assign on-call responsibilities to other
employees on a rotational basis to ensure after-hours response to
resident emergencies and physical plant problems - Manage labor
force to ensure that all labor dollars are within operating budget
as tied to census. Monitor labor hours and overtime to ensure
bi-weekly time sheets are accurate for payroll submission. -
Maintain outreach and education within the community at large,
creating positive relationships and marketing opportunities. -
Establish and maintain an open-door policy and a high level of
ongoing communication with residents and their families to ensure a
high degree of resident satisfaction. - Provide conflict resolution
among residents, associates, and families to ensure problems are
resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. Utilize resident
satisfaction survey results, staff engagement surveys and available
to determine the level of resident and associate satisfaction in
the community. - Carry out other duties as assigned by the Vice
President of Operations to maintain Parc Communities' operating
standards, quality and continuity of services, safety of residents
and security of premises - Understand the Service Standard of
"Ladies and Gentlemen Serving Ladies and Gentlemen" - Ensure
training and on-boarding of all Associates follows the established
procedures - Maintain CPR & First Aid Certification
