path forward.As a multi-functional manufacturing Asc Manager, you
will be responsible to lead manufacturing activities and
supervisors of represented workforce to accomplish safety, quality,
schedule, and cost objectives for a JSF Production Assembly
area.---This candidate will oversee the assigning of daily tasks to
mechanics and manage execution. Assures the timeliness and accuracy
of aircraft records.---Executes build plans for structural
assembly. Identifies and implements changes to improve quality,
schedule and cost.---Reinforces a culture that values and embraces
Foreign Object Damage prevention. Ensures certification of
employees who perform certification required tasks.---Provides a
safe work environment and takes timely corrective action to correct
unsafe conditions.---Assures employees and leadership comply with
defined Core processes and defined processes that are program
specific.---Proactively drive continuous improvement and
development of technical competencies, talent, and
performance.---Identify and lead incorporation of continuous
improvement actions into manufacturing processes.---Identify gaps
in skill sets. Collaborate with Labor Relations and Human Resources
to enhance employee engagement.---Must be a US Citizen. This

Marietta. Basic Qualifications:---Experience with Aeronautics or
Aerospace manufacturing/productions methodologies in a professional
environment.---Experience in managing a team using tools, and
systems typically used in a production/manufacturing
environment.---Experience business metrics to drive performance
(cost, schedule, quality)Desired Skills:---Experience working in
cross-functional teams.---Demonstrated positive employee engagement
with utilization of Culture of Accountability (COA) and Full
Spectrum Leader (FSL) techniques ---Ability to manage, coach, train
and motivate team in technical and leadership development---Prior
leadership experience---Understanding of business metrics to drive
performance (cost, schedule, quality).---Lean/6 sigma experience
---Experience using SFM, PDM, SAP, STK and Tableau/Tool

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be
performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.Work
Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work
schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week
while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide
employees with additional time away from the office and are in
addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position:
