Nurse Director in the greater Atlanta, Georgia area! This reputable

experienced intensive care nurse leader.This large short term acute
care facility is located in the greater Atlanta region, and is
nationally recognized for its excellence in nursing care.
Regionally and nationally ranked as one of the best -hospital
systems in the country, this facility is prepared to offer
-outstanding, individualized care to patients in the surrounding
communities and beyond. This hospital is also a -designated
teaching facility with over 250 full-time residents on staff, and
is a national leader for oncology and transplant services. -The
Critical Care Nurse Director will serve as an integral member of
the hospital leadership team at this renowned facility. The Unit
Nurse Director will maintain oversight of this expanding 10+ bed
inpatient -Intensive -Care -Unit, managing all aspects of daily
operations, staffing, scheduling, unit budgetary planning and
monitoring, quality and performance improvement, in addition to
unit-based education and training. The RN Director Critical Care
will report directly to the Inpatient Services Nurse Director and
Chief Nursing Officer, ensuring effective patient flow and
collaborative communication among all nursing units.Requirements
