Job Description:
We are Lockheed Martin Program Manager, Production - Level 4 The
successful candidate will join the Program Office as a Program
Manager in the Capability Integration Portfolio of Dynamic
Targeting and Surveillance Systems in ADP leading a portion of the
portfolio. This includes Program Management oversight of the value
chain from engineering design through build execution and
verification ensuring execution meets cost and schedule objectives.
This requires cross-functional leadership and collaboration with
Global Supply Chain (GSC), Operations, Quality, Engineering,
Business Management. The successful candidate will be a self-driven
individual who can identify emerging issues and influence others,
across the enterprise, to enable issue resolution. The PM may
represent the Program and Lockheed Martin to suppliers, customers,
and LM senior leadership, and as such must possess excellent
communication skills and be able to develop and deliver
high-quality briefings. What You Will Be Doing A Capability
Integration PM will: • Lead the development, delivery, and
verification of integrated platform capabilities that span Mission
Systems, Software, Integration and Test, Flight Test and Systems
Engineering. • Be responsible for certain elements of cost,
schedule, technical, and quality execution for these respective
capabilities. • Ensure supplier agreements meet prime contract
requirements, and represent PM in supplier negotiations where
applicable. • Partner with Global Supply Chain to deliver parts on
time, expedite appropriately, and validate that comprehensive RCCAs
are completed when necessary. • Contribute to developing and
executing customer acceptance. • Influence capture strategy and
shaping for future business, including participating on capture
teams and in proposal development and negotiation. • Ensure your

Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college in a related
discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education •
Experience in program management, software development, mission
systems integration, systems integration and Test, operations, or
other related discipline • Experience translating topics between
functional organizations • Experience in Program Management,
Project Engineering, or Technical leadership role • Active Secret
Clearance Desired skills • Experience in a developmental
environment developing, integrating, and testing new capabilities •
Experience in Software Development, release, and verification •
Project management experience – understanding critical path to
focus resources to hold schedule • Earned Value / CAM experience •
Ability to influence others by driving emerging issues to closure •
Experience leading multi-functional teams • Excellent
relationship-building, leadership, and communication skills. •
Ability to manage complex, large-scale project scheduled with
multiple interdependencies • Demonstrated ability to balance
challenges associated with program execution, customer obligations,

Ability to work remotely Onsite Full-time: The work associated with
this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed
Martin facility. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports
a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional
flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40
hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time
away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off
benefits. Security Clearance Information This position requires a
government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for
consideration. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this
position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most
major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland,
Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is
$113,900 - $200,905. For states not referenced above, the salary
range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work
location. Please note that the salary information is a general
guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not
limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's
work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market
and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits

and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented
full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid

time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up
to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for
holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated
based on start date during the calendar year. This position is
incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for
this position in most major metropolitan areas in California,
Massachusetts, and New York is $131,000 - $227,125. For states not
referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect
