RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for someone who wants a career and to be a part of a growing company. HVAC certification is required! HVAC Certification – must have current certification Valid driver's license & reliable transportation Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry Knowledge/skills in the use of various hand tools and test equipment which may vary in weight from a few ounces to 500 pounds Able to perform diagnostic and repair of restaurant equipment (electrical & gas) Able to be involved in all repairs to the building structure Able to plan all maintenance needs Able to work independently Basic computer skills Good customer service skills QUALIFICATIONS Two years of experience required Guest-friendly demeanor Fluent English-speaking and writing skills Able to lift 35 pounds to waist level Exhibit a sense of urgency Willing to assume around-the-clock responsibility for restaurant operations Willing to work normal schedule of 50 hours per week (all shifts)
