Job Description Job Description Job Title: Maintenance/Repair Planner 1st shift 7a-4pm $33hr Responsibilities Review inspection reports Generate repair plan Translate plan into priced and costed customer quotation Send quote to Sales, revise as needed Release repair instructions to shop Support shop with dispositions and guidance as needed Prepare drawings as needed. Release PO’s to vendors Prepare as shipped report Essential Skills Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related technical field; equivalent experience considered. Strong understanding of rotating equipment, hydraulics, electrical systems, and industrial control systems. Hands-on experience repairing industrial pumps or similar heavy equipment. Proficiency with diagnostic tools such as vibration analyzers, multimeters, and hydraulic testing equipment. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical manuals. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Additional Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Piedmont, SC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $33.00/hr.
