TRC Talent is Hiring for Equipment Technicians in White, GA Are

detail-oriented Equipment Technician to join our team at a
state-of-the-art facility in Cartersville. In this dynamic role,
you'll be at the forefront of maintaining and improving advanced
wafer equipment, ensuring smooth operations and supporting a
culture of safety and innovation. What You'll Do: As an Equipment
Technician, you will: Handle equipment maintenance tasks, including
installation and periodic inspections. Troubleshoot, adjust, and
calibrate machinery for peak performance. Manage spare parts
inventory and oversee machine-related improvements. Utilize
precision tools to inspect parts and ensure quality standards.
Document activity logs and maintain compliance with safety
standards. Provide training and technical support to team members
while fostering a collaborative work environment. Key
Responsibilities: Perform regular maintenance and testing of
equipment. Identify and resolve technical issues during shifts.
Monitor output for machine-related errors or flaws. Enforce strict
adherence to safety and company standards. Train new employees on
the proper use of machinery and protocols. Support process
troubleshooting and contribute to team evaluations. What We’re
Looking For: A dependable professional with strong attention to
detail and a commitment to safety. Proven experience (0–3 years) in
equipment maintenance within a manufacturing environment. A high
school diploma or equivalent; a technical degree is a plus. Basic
understanding of electrical and mechanical principles. Physical
stamina and strength, with the ability to work in a fast-paced
environment. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with high-speed
machinery and precision tools like calipers and micrometers.
Knowledge of PLCs, robotics, and blueprint reading. Relevant
mechanical or electrical certifications are a plus. Work
Environment: Shift work required in a hands-on, team-oriented
setting. Adherence to environmental, health, and safety
