Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified
Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1 years BCBA
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A school-based Board
Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) opportunity is available in
Chattanooga, TN, supporting elementary, middle, and high school
environments. This contract position involves working directly with
students and collaborating with educational teams to implement
effective behavior intervention plans. Responsibilities: - Manage a
caseload of 10-12 students requiring behavior analysis services -
Supervise 1-2 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure
quality service delivery - Conduct functional behavior assessments
and develop individualized behavior intervention plans -
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to promote
positive behavioral outcomes - Monitor student progress and adjust
strategies as needed based on data collection Qualifications: -
Active BCBA licensure and national board certification required -
Experience providing behavior analysis services in school settings
preferred - Strong leadership skills with the ability to
effectively supervise RBTs - Excellent communication skills and
ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams - Commitment to
ethical practice and evidence-based interventions Location: -
