Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified
Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1 years BCBA
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A licensed and nationally
certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is sought for
school-based roles in the Chattanooga, TN, area. This contract
position involves working with elementary, middle, and high school
populations, managing a caseload of 10-12 students, and supervising
1-2 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Key Responsibilities: -
Deliver behavior analysis services to students across elementary,
middle, and high school settings. - Develop, implement, and monitor
individualized behavior intervention plans. - Provide supervision
and guidance to RBTs, ensuring adherence to ethical and
professional standards. - Collaborate with school staff and
families to promote positive behavioral outcomes. - Maintain
accurate documentation and data related to student progress and
supervision. Desired Qualifications: - Active BCBA licensure and
National Board Certification. - Previous experience with
school-aged populations preferred. - Proven supervisory skills in
guiding and mentoring RBTs. - Strong communication and teamwork
abilities. - Commitment to evidence-based practices and ethical
