Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to
join our team as a Remote Call Center Agent / Customer Service
Representative / Data Entry Specialist . In this role, you will
provide high-quality customer support, handle inbound and outbound
communication, and accurately enter data into our systems. This is
a fully remote position, ideal for individuals with strong
communication, problem-solving, and typing skills. Key
Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email,
or chat in a professional and timely manner. Resolve customer
issues by identifying problems, offering appropriate solutions, and
ensuring follow-up. Enter, update, and maintain accurate customer
data in internal databases and CRM systems. Process orders,
refunds, returns, and other service-related tasks. Follow
communication guidelines and scripts while handling customer
interactions. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate
departments or supervisors. Maintain performance standards
including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
Work independently while managing time effectively in a remote
environment. Attend virtual training sessions and team meetings as
required. Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to company
security policies. Qualifications: High school diploma or
equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus). Previous
experience in customer service, call center, or data entry is
preferred but not required. Excellent verbal and written
communication skills. Proficient in using computers, data entry
software, and CRM tools. Strong attention to detail and
organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work under minimal
supervision. Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote work
environment.
