Job Description:
Handle Customer Inquiries Respond to customer questions via
phone, email, chat, or social media regarding products, services,
and company policies. Resolve Issues Efficiently Address customer
concerns by identifying problems, providing solutions, and ensuring
follow-up for complete resolution. Maintain Accurate Records Update
and manage customer account details and document all interactions
in internal systems. Process Orders and Transactions Assist with
placing orders, processing returns, handling refunds, and resolving
billing or payment concerns. Promote Products and Services
Recommend relevant products or services and inform customers about
promotions or loyalty programs, when appropriate. Follow Company
Protocols Use approved communication scripts and adhere to customer
service guidelines. Escalate Complex Cases Forward unresolved or
sensitive issues to supervisors or relevant departments for further
action. Achieve Performance Targets Meet or exceed metrics related
to response time, resolution quality, and customer satisfaction.
Stay Knowledgeable Keep current on product updates, company
policies, and customer service best practices. Support Team Success
Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and contribute to
improving service processes.
