Job Description:
TRC Talent Solutions is looking for Production Associate for our
client in Milner, GA Overview: As a Production Associate, you'll
play a key role in supporting the production line by handling parts
and components, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining
high-quality standards. Shift: M-F 6:30am - 4:00pm Pay: 15.00 Key
Responsibilities: Load, unload, and mask components onto the
production line. Pull parts according to assembly line requests.
Remove parts, assemble kits, and deliver them to specified
departments. Arrange parts in racks and place racks on the conveyor
belt. Physical Requirements: Clean metal surfaces to remove grease,
dust, or contaminants for secure masking. Wear appropriate PPE and
adhere to safety protocols. Maintain a clean and organized work
area and tools. Perform tasks such as bending, standing, sitting,
reaching, lifting, and safely handle parts up to 50 lbs. Start and
stop the line when necessary. Must be physically fit and able to
bend and stand for extended periods. Preferred Skills: Follow
detailed work instructions and support operational processes. Solid
understanding of quality control principles. Strong verbal and
written communication skills. Ability to use proper lifting
