Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Commercial Senior Estimator to join our team in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating for industrial projects, particularly warehouses, automotive energy facilities, and manufacturing/distribution centers. Key Responsibilities: Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates for industrial projects. Consult with clients, vendors, and personnel in other departments to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues. Prepare estimates for use in selecting vendors or subcontractors. Confer with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates. Prepare estimates used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work. Review material and labor requirements to decide the most cost-effective solutions. Maintain records of estimated and actual costs.
