Job Description:

team and seeking an Automotive Technician for our overnight shift.
This position is ideal for those who thrive in a dynamic,

repair. As an Automotive Technician at CarMax, you will be
responsible for carrying out various vehicle repair and maintenance
tasks, ensuring high standards of work and customer satisfaction.
This role demands a strong technical acumen, an understanding of
modern automotive systems, and a commitment to uphold CarMax's
values of transparency and integrity. Conduct routine and complex
repairs including but not limited to engine diagnostics, brake
services, and transmission issues. Perform routine vehicle
maintenance and checks such as oil changes, lubrication, and tire
rotations. Adhere to company standards and safety protocols while
maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Utilize
diagnostic tools to accurately identify automotive problems and
provide appropriate solutions. Assist in inventory management of
parts and supplies. Provide unparalleled customer service, ensuring
client satisfaction and maintaining CarMax's reputation.
Proficiency in diagnostic tools and equipment. Strong
problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent knowledge
of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of vehicles.
Effective communication and customer service skills. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance 401k ASE Certification is highly
preferred. Valid driver’s license.
