**This work location is a home office. Any qualified U.S. worker will be
permitted to work from a home office within the same Metropolitan
Statistical Area (MSA).
Duties: Manage and execute a repeatable process for seamless transition
from sales to sustainment using Cloud Services endorsement-by-construction
process. Provide technical sales support to Cloud Services Business
Development Managers during the on-boarding process. Manage the client
onboarding process to ensure successful integration, strong customer
adoption, and renewal of services. Work with the Professional Service
organization to develop scope-of-work for consulting and configuration
efforts. Manage partner and OEM engagements. Build relationships with key
customer executives and departmental managers. Assist leadership with the
development of a managed services strategy and business model to identify
expansion opportunities. Investigate and understand the internal business
processes of client base to assist them with solution strategies. Identify
and cultivate new opportunities by making existing client base aware of
new, emerging or existing technologies, demonstrating the value of these
technologies, and how they can affect positive results for the client.
Protect existing portfolio by ensuring client objectives continue to be met
. Coordinate internal resources to build strong partnerships and successful
cross-department service delivery model. Act as the client Point of
Contact (PoC) for escalations, expansions, and all managed service needs.
Up to 40% domestic and international travel required, often on short
Requirements: Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Business
Administration, Management Information Systems or related field (willing to
accept foreign education equivalent) plus 3 years of experience providing
client service and account management. Or, alternatively, a Bachelor's
degree and 5 years of experience providing client service and account
management. Specific skills/other requirements – experience must include
the following: 3 years leveraging Software as a Service (SaaS) cloud-based
computing standards to implement software applications using Informatica,
stored procedures, business objects, Java, Oracle, and Oracle Toad to
develop efficient SLM applications on Windows and UNIX; 3 years
implementing Service Lifecycle Management (SLM) solutions within the High-
tech, Healthcare, Retail, or Aerospace industry to gather requirements and
designs; 4 years debugging application performance for software
configuration, hardware infrastructure, network, and database; and, 3 years
coaching, mentoring, and leading a team of consultants to implement “best
practices” for SLM solutions.
