Job Description:

Responsible for coordinating front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. Duties & Responsibilities Answer multi-line telephone system and directs calls appropriately. Promote and exemplify a professional and positive image for the company. Greet and welcome incoming guests/visitors in a professional manner. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone. Perform other clerical receptionist duties as requested and required. Take accurate messages and notate files accordingly Strong time management skills required Must be able to multi-task and handle tasks quickly and tactfully with all levels of Firm personnel and the public Excellent organizational skills Strong client service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Positive, enthusiastic attitude and professional Detail oriented and motivated Data entry proficiency and computer skills (Word, Excel, Adobe etc.) Ability to keep case notes current and documented appropriately Ability to follow direction and use initiative to complete tasks Team player Skills & Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Ability to operate standard office equipment efficiently Must exemplify professionalismJob Type: Full-timePay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hourSchedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to FridayExperience: Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required) Customer Service: 3 years (Required) Front desk: 2 years (Required)Work Location: One location
