Job Description:

Atlanta Arbor is a dependable, professional and reputable tree care specialist serving metro Atlanta's residential and commercial needs. We provide free estimates for the full scope of arboricultural needs, including tree trimming/pruning, removal, storm damage cleanup, stump grinding, planting, and arborist consultations. We have the heart of a small, family business and the backbone and strength of a large corporation. _Responsibilities Include: _ - Answer incoming phone calls from current and potential customers; assist them with any questions they may have- Send out office leads to all salespeople in the field- Schedule customers with one of our six crews - this includes coordinating power drops and crane rentals- Contact all customers on the schedule in a coordinated and conscientious manner so that customers know when to expect service- Perform any other general office/clerical duties that may arise (filing receipts, minor bookkeeping, etc.) _Qualifications: _ - At least one year of recent admin/clerical experience- Excellent communication skills- Excellent customer service skills- Highly driven and self-motivated- Positive attitude and amiable disposition- Attentiveness to details- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite _Benefits: _ - PTO after (accumulates immediately, available after 90 days)- Holiday Pay- Performance-based increases- Health insurance after 90-day wait period- Simple IRA (401k) matching program after 90-day waiting period _About Atlanta Arbor_ Atlanta Arbor's focus is to have the ability to spend the time necessary to understand the customers' needs while still preserving the beauty of the landscape, not just ripping down every tree on the property.
