Responsibilities: Validate incoming PRs for completeness, accuracy,
and clarity — including quantity, specifications, delivery dates,
cost center, and approval status Analyze procurement spend, pricing
trends, and supplier performance to support strategic sourcing
decisions Develop and maintain procurement dashboards, reports, and
KPIs (cost savings, PPV, supplier reliability, lead times, etc.)
Support contract management activities, including pricing analysis,
compliance tracking, and renewal preparation Collaborate with
Procurement, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to align
purchasing strategies with business needs Assist in supplier
evaluations, RFQs/RFPs, and benchmarking activities Identify
opportunities for cost reduction, standardization, and process
optimization Ensure data accuracy and integrity in ERP and
procurement systems Prepare ad hoc analyses and presentations for
leadership as needed Act as the first point of contact for internal
stakeholders on data request, index information and pricing support
Contribute to process improvements, including workflow
enhancements, template updates, and master data accuracy
Participate in automation projects, catalog implementations, and
self-service PR initiatives What Makes You Great Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, procurement or technical
field, required Experience: 2–5 years of experience in procurement,
supply chain analysis, or a related analytical role required.
Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret
large data sets and translate insights into action Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables); experience with
Power BI or similar tools preferred Strong attention to detail,
organizational, and time-management skills Excellent communication
skills and ability to work cross-functionally Strong organizational
skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage
