Financial Analyst to join our Full-Time Engagement Professional
team, supporting organizations during critical financial and
operational initiatives. As a full-time employee of Robert Half,

Examples Forecasting and reforecasting initiatives Financial
modeling for growth or restructuring M& A due diligence and
integration support Dashboard and reporting development Cost
analysis and margin improvement projects Temporary support during
staffing shortages or peak demand What You’ll Do Develop and
maintain detailed financial models and forecasts Analyze P& L
performance and key business drivers Prepare executive-level
financial reporting and dashboards Partner with stakeholders to
support strategic decision-making Identify trends, risks, and
opportunities through data analysis Improve reporting processes and
financial visibility Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects
What We’re Looking For 3 years of Financial Analyst, FP& A, or
related experience Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools
a plus Experience in fast-paced or project-based environments
Strong business acumen and communication skills Ability to work
independently with minimal supervision This position offers a
challenging, dynamic career path for Financial Analysts who want
meaningful project work with long-term stability. • Minimum of 3
years' experience in financial analysis, FP& A, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with
business intelligence tools is a plus. • Demonstrated ability to
work effectively in fast-paced or project-driven environments. •
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and
risks through data evaluation. • Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders. • Ability to
work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal
supervision. • Knowledge of financial markets and experience using
Bloomberg Terminal is preferred. • A proven track record of
improving processes and delivering actionable insights.
