Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/. Senior Financial Analyst, Johnson & Johnson As Sr. Financial Analyst one will be a key member of the Athens Supply Chain Finance Team. The Team has close interaction with all business partners and local departments as well as with peers at other manufacturing sites across the globe. The Analyst will assist in providing financial support for the strategy of the business, new investment decisions, prepare forecasts, support business partners to execute within given targets, and will be actively involved with finance optimization & standardization initiatives. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Engage business partners using fact-based data and advanced analytics to achieve mutually agreed business objectives. Coordinate budget preparation, apply business knowledge on assumptions, identify cost savings and influence decision making. Understand linkages to strategic plan.
• Accountability for assigned elements of the business planning processes, including preparation of templates and detailed calculations, consolidation of input, challenge results and prepare management reporting.
• Analysis, review, and consolidation of quarterly results. Proactive investigation and explanation of variances. Challenging business assumptions, implementation of corrective actions and Cost Improvement Projects.
• Compliance: financial closing procedures in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley guidelines. Ensure timely and accurate completion of financial reporting requirements and submissions in financial systems.
• Active involvement or leading ad-hoc projects. Drive the design and usage of digital solutions. Benchmark and implement standard methodologies and systems within the J&J network.
