Job Description:
A company is looking for a Billing Representative to assist with
customer EDI functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the EDI function for electronic claims submission
Maximize utilization and EDI capabilities to enhance cash flow and
minimize rejections and denials
Setup and onboard Customer EDI
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of one year's experience working with a healthcare provider
or an Associate's Degree in Healthcare Management, Business
Management or a related field
Experience with medical billing
Proven experience working payer denials including but not limited
to commercial, government, out of network, workers compensation,
and auto-vehicle
Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong attention to detail and speed while working within tight
deadlines
