SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIESCandidate will own the long-term administration of OneStream (financial planning and consolidation software). This person will become an expert to the specific FirstKey design and configuration, support ongoing system maintenances and changes and support any troubleshooting.ESSENTIAL DUTIESUnderstanding of standard accounting principles:General Property level accountingIntercompany and eliminations specific to REITReclass for different reporting packages (GAAP, Internal FMV, etc.)Real Estate Industry/Company UnderstandingPlanning by propertyWorkforce planningAbility to analyze real estate KPIsTechnical KnowledgeProficiency in SQLProficiency in Objected Oriented Programming (VB.NET/C#/Python/etc.)Previous experience with Enterprise systems such as Oracle Hyperion Planning, Oracle HFM, Oracle FCC and PBCS, Essbase, Anaplan, SAP, etc.Maintain the OneStream application and deployed cubes across all active environments (Production, Test and Dev)Manage consolidations, integrations and perform validations from source systems (SAP, PeopleSoft, Great Plains, etc.) and ensure source data flows downstream as required to OneStream cubesCreate, maintain and update financial reports and forms and perform training and end-user education of the system functionality as neededTroubleshoot end-user issuesAssist in developing project plans for capturing and converting financial informationAbility to clearly and concisely express ideas both verbally and in writingAbility to collaborate with others and act in an objective manner to effectively solve problems and stay on track towards accomplishing organizational goalsThis brief summary is not an all-inclusive description of job duties.
