Fiserv has immediate openings for experienced Collections Agents at their Coral Springs, FL location. This position is currently remote during the pandemic and will transition to an in-office job no earlier than April 2021. What we offer:

  • Assisting Consumers in resolving failed transactions with their banking partner(s)
  • Resolving overdraft balances and fees.
  • Collecting unfunded electronic payments.
  • Engaging with your team members in a high energy environment to assist consumers in a timely, efficient and compliant manner.
  • Documentation of all interactions in the appropriate systems/databases.
  • Daily interaction with your leadership
  • Performance based incentives Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
    • High school graduate or equivalent
    • 1+ years of collections and/or call center experience
    • Must have an excellent work history with a strong record of job stability Preferred Qualifications:
      • 1+ years experience working with automated dialing processes.
      • 2+ years collections experience
