Job Description:

**This work location is a home office. Any qualified U.S. worker will

be permitted to work out of a home office within the same Metropolitan

Statistical Area (MSA).

Analyzes market conditions to identify, stage, and drive features that

enhance a product’s Return on Investment (ROI). Collaborates with

customers, partners, strategic marketing, and other stakeholders to

guide new product development activities to provide unique benefits and

superior value to customers and their users. Prepares reports related

to the testing of new software and ensures requirements (Acceptance

Criteria) are met and software issues are resolved. Participates in

regular Scrum team activities, including planning, reviews, and

retrospectives. Provides guidance related to system capabilities usage

to develop QA testing plans. Reviews product documentation and provides

support for User Experience (UX) initiatives and activities. Analyzes

industry standards and competition to incorporate innovative

technologies and methodologies that improve internal products and

systems. Assists in defining objectives for Lighthouse and BETA testing

programs.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Master’s degree (or equivalent foreign education) in Information

Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field

plus 3 years of experience conducting inventory optimization within the

Service Parts Management industry.

OR, in the alternative:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent foreign education) in Information

Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field

plus 5 years of experience conducting inventory optimization within the

Service Parts Management industry.

Also requires:

(1)Demonstrated expertise analyzing Service Parts Management software

requirements and designs for demand forecasting and multi-indenture and

multi-echelon inventory optimization;

(2)Demonstrated expertise leveraging Software as a Service (SaaS) cloud-

based computing methodologies to integrate software applications in a

Web environment;

(3)Demonstrated expertise designing algorithms using statistical and

operations research techniques to transfer business requirements into

software solutions; and,

(4)Demonstrated expertise performing service supply chain planning

within the Aerospace & Defense, High-Technology, and Automotive

industries to engage with customer in requirements gathering and design.
